Analytics Coordinator, Pittsburgh Steelers
As an Analytics Coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Karim Kassam leads the integration of advanced statistics and football operations for the team. He analyzes opponent tendencies and works with Coach Tomlin and his staff to ensure play calls are optimized during the season, and uses statistical models to deliver detailed projections of college players to General Manager Kevin Colbert in preparation for the NFL draft. Karim analyzes film and advanced statistics to help the team acquire the best players and put them in position to win.
